Please include your full name, date of birth, and current city/state/location in the notes section of your order.
 
Please also include:
For Return to Me, the other person's name, DOB and location if applicable.
For Day of the Dead, the full name of the deceased loved one you are submitting.
For Four Thrones, the full name, DOB and current location of the second person if you are using both entries.

Ritual videos will be emailed following each working, generally within 24–48 hours. Karl does not record or release his complete Four Thrones rituals, so only the video/proof provided by Karl will be distributed for that working.
Witch Camp access information and event details will be provided separately.

It is simply provided because the website requires a downloadable item when there is no physical product being shipped.
